Seb obtained a law degree at the University of Antwerp in 2003 and completed his studies with a supplementary Master's degree in Maritime Science in 2004.
He works at Fransen Luyten since 2006.
Seb focuses on commercial and trade law as well as dispute resolution in general. He assists a diverse local and international clientele a.o. in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements and also has extensive experience as a litigation lawyer, representing the interests of clients before courts, tribunals and arbitration tribunals.
His specific expertise is in transport law (maritime, inland shipping and road transport) and international trade, as well as in liability and insurance disputes.
